EU Strategy

The EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) is a macro-regional framework that supports cooperation across Danube countries in key areas of social and economic development.
Priority Area 9 (People & Skills) focuses on employment, education, lifelong learning, and social inclusion, providing a relevant regional context for Age Management approaches.

The strategy promotes:

· lifelong learning across the life course

· inclusive labour markets

· skills development and adaptability

· cooperation between public authorities, employers, and education providers
