“Business and People” Conference

The IntegrAGE project will be presented at the “Business and People” Conference, taking place on 2 June 2026 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia in Belgrade. The presentation, titled “IntegrAGE Project at a Glance”, will be delivered by Ivana Kovačević, Head of the Education Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. Focused on supporting the sustainable integration of employees aged 55+ into the labour market, IntegrAGE promotes age-friendly workplace practices, intergenerational cooperation, and inclusive working environments adapted to the challenges of today’s labour market. Bringing together representatives of companies, institutions, and the professional community, the “Business and People” Conference will open discussions on labour shortages, talent development, digital transformation of HR processes, skills development, and the future of work in the Western Balkans.
